The experience is unisex, but the dressing rooms are female and male and the reservation must be made accordingly.

Bring your swimwear (required) and slippers (recommended)!

Cancellations (email to lassi@saunologia.fi) will be refunded 100% until 3rd October. Non-refundable from 4th October. Tickets are transferable between same gender attendees.

Detailed schedule

12.00 to 12.30pm - Get together and a short lecture at Qvik Office in Kamppi

12.30 pm - transit to Löyly (walking, public transit, any means available)

1.00pm Löyly time begins
